The automatic machine for the laying a ribbon of electric
cardboard into the grooves of an armature of commutator electric motors.

        The automatic machine was intended for the laying the grooves isolation into the grooves of armature of commutator electric motors at the time of production. The automatic machine consists of 14 executive mechanisms which are set into motion with a help of pneumatic cylinders. The control system was created on a basis of the programmable computer controller. The controller according to program controls the pneumatic valves. The automatic machine can run in the automatic regime, the manual regime, in the regime of the tucking in of the ribbon .

Shot-spraging semi-automatic machine

         The semi-automatic machine is intended for shot-spraging processings of a crown of carbide saw disks with the purpose of removal of the rests of a flux and stains of tarnishing after the soldering of carbide plates, and also for giving the necessary commodity appearance to the saw disk. The semiautomatic machine consists of executive mechanisms are set into motion by pneumocylinders and electric motors. The semiautomatic machine has a relay control system. The semiautomatic machine can run in the manual and the semi-automatic regime.

The automatic machine for the measured cutting
of a cable and for taking off the external isolation from its ends.

        The automatic machine was intended for the cutting the cable on the pieces of any length and for the for taking off the external isolation from its ends. The automatic machine consists of 8 executive mechanisms. The executive mechanisms are set into motion with a help of pneumatic cylinders and with an electric motor. The control system was created on a basis of the programmable computer controller. The controller according to program controls the executive mechanisms. The automatic machine can run in the automatic regime and in the manual regime.

The line of the semi-automatic machines
for the sharpening of the carbide saw disks.

        The line consists of 5 semi-automatic machines for the sharpening of the carbide teeth of saw disks along all planes. Each of the semi-automatic mashines consists of 5-6 executive mechanisms. The executive mechanisms are set into motion with a help of the pneumatic cylinders and with the electric motors. The control systems of the semi-automatic machines were collected from the relays with the hermetically sealed contacts. The semi-automatic machines can run in the half-automatic regime and in the manual regime.

         At the time of my work I also elaborated a lot of another special and non-standard machinery such as the mechanized gates of shops of a factory, the semi-automatic machine for winding the windings of stators of commutator electric motors, the centrifugal testing machines, thr machine tool for winding on 2 sides of windings of armatures of commutator electric motors.
         The course of lectures on "The bases of the automation of production" was elaborated by me as well.
